Our Approach
We spoke to stake holder businesses from different industries, customers/visitors of those businesses and staff. We also gathered new quantitative research and reviewed existing operational setup to develop statistically significant conclusions.
OUR BIG DISCOVERY
We learned that the biggest pain points for the customers were ‘waiting in the physical queues for hours’, ‘waiting to see the consultant even after taking an appointment, and no provision to see the real-time status of their turn’.
We set out to build the ultimate self-check-in app for the customers and complete an eco-system for the businesses as we strategized more ways to upgrade and streamline the customers’ experience.

Customers can actually join the queue virtually through the mobile app and go straight to the consultant, no waiting in the check-in line required.
Customers can also track the real-time status of their turn and the queue through the app. The updates are sent to the customers through push notifications and messages. It turns out that many businesses were looking for a solution to improve their customer satisfaction and staff efficiency.



Artificial intelligence-driven scheduled appointments
Schedule appointments via web/app/call priorly daily, weekly, or monthly to help both the businesses and its customers plan the day. Businesses can serve the walk-ins and appointments with the same queue without any management headaches.

Also, the live queue can be screened on a television or a monitor.
