Room fresheners spray on a timer, into empty rooms, until a guest finds them empty. We rebuilt the category from the circuit up.

We started with the dumbest version of the device, dismantled on a workbench—breadboards, probed circuits, multimeters—until we had a Wi-Fi-controlled assembly we could update over the air.
